Thanks for the replies.
Yes, I have already separated with my husband so I am not qualify by 3 years rule.
I just want to make sure I will not have problem when I apply again next year by myself. I got my conditional green card in 2015 from marrying an US citizen and got my 10 years green card last august.
Does anyone has same experience and eventually get their citizenship with no problems?

Hi Arken,
Thanks for the info.
They have transfer my case to local office and I never received any notice after all ( no address or anything ) only the update on the internet account.
The lawyer is suggest me bring the letter when I get my interview date.
Will this withdraw be affecting my apply again next year?

Hi All,
I summit my N-400 application in February 2019 under 3 years rule for marrying to an US citizen.
However I found out my husband was cheating on me in March 2019 while we just have our first baby so now we are separated and ready to get divorce.
I have asked an immigration lawyer and he said I can just withdraw the case and apply again under 5 years rule ( which is next year, I applied my N-400 when I was married for 4 years instead 3 years)
Does anyone has similar experience withdraw application while pending?
Thanks

Was this at the downtown LA office? I've read people's information about this where they traveled to different states and had no issues. This is so ridiculous. I cannot wait to be done with the laughable inefficiency of the USCIS.
Yes, it was at the DTLA office (300 N Los Angeles )
I don't know because its in LA office so they are very strict about the zip code policy or what (since there are a lot of people everyday waiting outside in order to get in)
I just wanted to share you my experience when I read your message because I just went thru this in July and luckily I got my I-551 stamp the second time when I was there ( and luckily my husband told me to bring something to prove my residency before I went that day. Otherwise I may not get a stamp again at the second appointment.)

My VJ searches are telling me that it's preferred, but not necessary to have your appointment at your local office. I'll update in 2 weeks.
I used my office zip code to book an appointment the first time and the check -in officer wont let me in because that is NOT my apartment address.
so when I booked the second time I bring my leasing paper and they DID check if that is my New address and matching my appointment zip code.
Also when I was there, there is a couple next to me lived in Anaheim but come to LA office because they cant find an appointment under their zip code. once again the check-in officer didn't let them in.
It might be different case by case ( or depends on who is at the check in window at the time)
Hope you can just walking with no problems

This is what we've done. they're (husband and stepson) now going to the next closest office in downtown LA. Fabulous suggestion!!
HI Ladies,
I just wanted to share my experience about INFO pass.
When you book an appointment, they will have to check if that IS your actual living address.(I brought my apartment leasing doc to prove I lived there since I moved after I filed my I-751)
They wont let you in if you just use random zip code to book the appointment.
Also try to search the appointment after mid night or really early in the morning, that usually have more available time to book an appointment.
I hope those info is helpful.
Good luck

Hi Everyone,
I just want to share my experience for getting i-551 Stamps today in Los Angeles Office. My extension is expired on 7/10/2018 ( I filed my i-751 May 2017)
My appointment is at 7 AM, but the officer didn't let us in until 7:10 AM.
When you pass security check, you have to wait for another line again for check-in.
They separated into 2 windows: LOS & LAS ( you can tell which side based on your info pass appointment paper)
I finished my check-in around 7:45 am and waited about 20~30 mins for my number to be called.
The gentleman who interview me is very nice and helpful guy. He only asked me if my address changed and ask me to update my address ASAP when I get a chance in case they mail the green card to the wrong address in the future.
He took my passport, green card and driver license when he is processing my case.
After 20 min he called my name , he returned my passport with stamp alone with my green card and driver licence.
The whole process took me 1.5 hour.
If you moved or your ID address is different than your current address, I will suggest you bring a proof of your current home address. (such as apartment lease paper or insurance paper)
They wont let you in if you use different zip code to book the appointment.
I hope those help for people who try to get an stamp soon.
