  1. i got a little confused about the I-163 :crying: what happen was i called this doctor coz he is in the civil surgeon list, i know i still needed some vaccine sand all that, now it says that i need another test for tb coz i had my medical exams after June 1..

so i went to this doctor got my blood test he said come back next for the results.. si i came back, i ask about the vaccines, what he did was give me a shot of another MMR which is already complete in my record. he gave me the results in a sealed envelope and paid him $250 its very expensive and im not even sure if what he did is already ok for me in terms of of the AOS and my health and vaccinationwise..

what do you think guys, was i scammed?

Not sure bout that. When i filed my AOS I didnt go to a civil surgeon.all i have is my vaccination record from phils and uscis didnt ask for i163.Got my GC after 4 mos.so i dnt think u need to go to civil surgeon.I hve some friends who filed b4 me and they ddnt go to civil surgeon too but they got their GC.

  2. we already send our application for the AOS but i just pass the copy of my vccination sheet from philippines.. and i just read now that i should see a civil surgeon to get for the I693..can you please help me what will is the best thing to do ?thanks so much

You dnt have to see a civil surgeon to get i693.copy of ur vaccination is fine.Thats wat i did when i file my AOS last may and i got my greencard now.so no worries.Youll be fine....

  7. Can't understand why some peeps are so negative. Breakups, divorces happen all the time.

Doesn't matter what stage of the immigration process.

Better to get started on the right foot if you can and it will be better for all parties concerned in the long run.

Having signed a letter of intent doesn't mean anything. How many you peeps have taken the oath of marriage and later on got divorced.

Knock out the right and wrong aspect and try to give what the pinay is asking.

How will USCIS treat her next petition?

I was denied my first K1 and 1 1/2 years later was approved for a K3 with a different lady.

USCIS didn't bring up the original petition at all.

    Ms Joyce!

You may consider on your next time around to get married in the Philippines and have the petitioner do a K3 or CR-1 spouse visa.

Spouse visa shows more commitment than a fiance visa.

You will be making a huge commitment also as you know it's not easy to "bail out" of a marriage in PI.

Just because break ups and divorce happen all the time doesnt make it as an acceptable part of life. One should not be so

    selfish.
