  1. Remember you only need proof to show that you have met in the past two years. I included seven photographs of my fiance, some with just the two of us and some with family. On the back of each photo I wrote the month and year. I also included a copy of my entry stamp from my passport, copies of my boarding passes, a copy of a money gram, sent by my sister (I ran out of money :) ), and a copy of the receipt showing I paid the exit tariff.

  2. I'm sorry, but I have one last question :) ....

Does anyone know if the other names used fields are for legal name changes? My fiance's name is Carlos, but many in his family and I call him Richard. This is just a nickname he's had since youth and I wasn't sure if later in the process I called him Richard (say in an interview), it would cause a problem.

  3. Hi all,

My fiance doesn't have a standard address. On the I-129F and G-325A and has street and number; however, my fiance doesn't have a street or number. The address is just the small town, city, and country. When the mail arrives in the city, it is delivered to his small town by name only. Does anyone foresee any problems with entering his towns name where it says street and number. Thanks in advance for the replies.

  4. My fiance's mother and father are deceased. They passed away when he was 12 years old. We have the exact birth date and death date of his father; however, we are researching the dates for his mother. Since they are deceased, is it okay for us to write their country of birth and write deceased in the 'City and Country of Residence' box.
