  1. Hi.

I'm married to a US Citizen (US born and resident).  I'm Canadian.  I can get a TN (NAFTA) Visa to work in the US with the education and job I have, but not under H-1B Visa.  I have read about TN not being a dual intent visa and people can get into trouble with it.  I was looking at working in the US while we wait for my wife's Canadian Permanent Residence application to be approved (year or so), then we both returning to Canada after.  It appears that if I she was to apply for a K3 Visa, or marriage Green Card it could take 1.5 to 2 years processing and I can't go to US until its approved.  Would there be any concerns with Immigration, or Border department, entering the US on a TN visa and already being married to a US Citizen?  I was looking at this route at a visitor to the US could only stay for 6 months then I would have to return to Canada.

    Thanks for any advice.
