I know it is just annoying, when each one tells you something different, I am grateful to finally get it after 6 months now I am anxious to go home😊 as I am sure a lot of people on here are.

I received update on my case status on July 3rd that my 131 was approved after waiting 6 months. I received notice of action in mail a few days later, called yesterday Tier 2 officer said it has been mailed but no tracking number yet. Called today and Tier 2 officer said its in production and has not been mailed. I am so frustrated, what are your experiences with this. 

Just Advanced parole not EAD. 

Just want tu update you all, I got w case updates tonight, one that my Advance Parole is Approved and 2 they are ready to schedule us for an interview for 1-485 it is a great Friday

Okay you will be fine. Sounds like a weak T2 officer, might as well be T1. If you call again cause you seem overly panicked. I would verify with officer first status on i-485...where is my case (nbc or field office)...what stage (are the background checks completed?, am i at ready to schedule interview?). Once you get all that covered then I wouldn’t even ask about a stupid website posting, I would say hey “could you check the status of my AP, or my spouse called last week blah blah’. Make the customer service person actually open your file and give their take, the moment you say hey I have this weird staus online, its an easy “oh thats a glitch, bye bye we busy”.

 

That all said you are fine...try to relax a bit and try to not post same thing again and again very tough for us to follow or give good answers. If you really stressed, take some time and fill out your VJ timeline, helps everyone here helps the community. 

 

Thank you for the great advice. Tier 2 officer did say she saw the same case update too. I will call Monday. I will try to fill out my timeline and as far as this site, I am learning😊 to maneuver around😊

Yes T2 officer said those are still in progress this does not affect that. She did say could be a glitch, I never submitted an appeal and my case has never been denied. In the update it says we have dismissed your appeal and your case is still denied.So that case update really is wrong.She said to wait for the notice and call back. 😘

Shell20, I hope it is a glitch, this is so stressful, Tier 2 officer said wait for notice...easy for him to say lol

I was thinking the same thing but its weird, I did ask for expediated Advance Parole because we applied January 11 and still waiting😊

Julia did you ever get the. Case was dismissed in the mail.

Sorry about that. I am so frustrated by this whole process, ombudsmen is the next step. Thanks

I filed everything January 2018

I never appealed anything, I applied for everything Jan 12. 1485, 1130 and was. Sorry this site is confusing😊

I did not appeal I saw this on my case status for my Advanced Parole.

It said my appeal was dismissed and my case is still denied. I never appealed anything and nothing was ever denied. I also have a 1485 ANF 130 application with them. Tier 2 officer was no help, she said wait for the notice and call back. She saw same on her screen but said it may be a glitch. Giveing me heart failure😘 Thanks for any help

Hi I received this today, I never filed an appeal. I spoke to. Tier 2 officer and she said wait till I get the notice, she saw it to and confirmed what I saw , I told her I never appealed anything. Has anyone else received this same message to do with advanced travel form, she said could be a glitch but wait to get notice in mail.
