My fiance is in Belarus. She has her interview on April 2nd in Warsaw, Poland. She applied for a tourist visa to Poland and was denied. What should she do next?
Thanks,
Vladimir.

Azcactus, you suck. People who support and interpret his words as venting suck even more.
Talked to my fiancee tonite after trying to get a hold of her for three days. I called her at work and was able to talk. She said go to YM and I will tell you what is bothering me.We meet in Ym and she tells me. " I have had a change of heart and do not want to move to USA." She says, " I am scared and do not want to follow through with it." Now bear in mind I have made plans, purchased tickets, got hotel room suite and am going to the Philippines in 25
days to see "my fiancee."
Needless to say as you can see by our timeline the ####### was totally knocked out of me. Have you ever tried to cancel internet flite and hotel tickets bought thru a broker of said things?
I am just floored. I simply wrote her an email and said I hope you can look your 5 y/o daughter in the eyes when she is 12-15 and tell her you did what you thought was best. Nerissa and I have been talking about this for 4 years and now she does this.
I have no idea how she could do this to me.
I am still going to PI in March. I saw for myself that there are millions of beautiful ladies there and who knows. End of chapter, start a new one. My life is definetly a chapter book.

It pisses me off that some people are so lazy to search/read previous posts and just go ahead and ask the same questions over and over again. I guarantee that there will be same exaction question asked next week.

You may not love her but only in love with the idea. Maybe thats why longrange relationship works between you but when you came, it turned out to be otherwise.
well just like i mentioned in the tittle above my case is the strangest ,,,it s one of a kind .anyway,i am a moroccan young man and i went to the united states ,MI on a K1 fiance visa to marry the love of my life .however, things didn t work out the way we planned due to alot of misunderstandings that happened between us . thus we didn t get married and i decided to come to my country for i had to reason to stay in the USA.when i came back to morocco we kept in touch and we realize that we blong together and that being apart for awhile is what we needed to work things out.
now we wonder if we still have a chance for another K1 ,,, would you please tell us if we can still file for another K1 ??? and if we do are we gonna get approved again ???
THANK YOU

WOW, people should realize that NOA2 is just one more step. After that, its still 2 more months before you get your visa. I find it funny when people freak out when their NOA2 is late by a few weeks.

I hired Holmes & Lolly, they seem to know what they are doing and they have a contact person in the other country to work with fiancee. Good part about them is that there's no worrying on your part.
Hi,Well, i just want to know about hiring LAWYERS for the visa process. How helpful it is. Anyone here who have particularly
hired the Holmes & Lolly Immigration Attorneys. How efficient they are and the firm's feedbacks in general about their quality of service. I would like to believe that they are really almost nothing but their job is to look over your papers and tell you to correct some blanks you mistakenly filled out. Not at all help to speed up the process. Could they also guide us or give us some tips for the interview. Also, i notice they are nice when you are inquiring about the process and letting you know the advantage of hiring of a firm or a lawyer to help you up. But it seems after awhile they would become less attentive to you (thats after you have hired them). Even when you have urgent matters to address.
I have read posts here complaining about their lawyers, different reasons, simply not helping at all sometimes a cause of delay for some like i read on post of orinai. We, who have hired lawyers would definitely expect some difference about this process, thats why they are there to help us just like whats on their ads. But i noticed that ever since we become member of this site and becoming one of the many who are on the same journey, I NEVER SAW OR READ any post saying they are THANKFUL that they hired lawyers(Or i must have missed them?). Or commending a law firm for the great help they did or for a good quality service they have rendered. And same thing no one ever recommended hiring lawyers because they think its a waste of money, just not making any difference if you do it yourself. All are negatives, why is that?
What do you think? Give me some thoughts please.
