Please brothers and sisters we need some advice 

my fiancee  and me   we meet each other there is about a year  by Facebook   we  see each other 2time  and  she is going to visit me  the third time  in march   for getting married it will be 4 visit     we spend  first visit here in morocco  14days ,   sencond  visit 23days  and  the third it will be 28days   we figure  out to get marry this third visit in march   im  24 years  and she has  37years     she  has  daughter 20 years engaged living with her husband she also has  son  17years and she lives  with her moma and step father  she worked as waitress for 8 years ago  underbale  but now she is going to start job overtable   she dont have any alien . She also talk to her friend in case to help her by signing paper to give her home she can also help her if we need sponsor

her son  depend to her mom and her daughter work as nurse as i said living with her fiance. Anyway i just wonder if u xan help with some adcice  cuz we are now figuribg out which the best way for us. Cr1 or k1 we are little  upset  

i heard  that many people get denied make  us  but we heard also that consulat change this last 2 month and number of the approval get increased.

i swear if  u follow  the  word of everybody u will  only drive urslef  and ur husband  crazy    right now i didnt  see no one  motivat u  or  only saying that as long as  there is  love between u and him   no one  can  stop u to be together   as long as  there is  love between u and  him    one  day u will be both   good luck  Savana !

I was just wandering if it will be more easy to get a lawyer? We both love each other very much and we just want to be together. If we marry in morrocco will that make a difference?  Or is it better to get married in the USA? Do u have any tips that can help us? 

i also have paper from her uncle that he is going to give me job  thats can help to ?

Being from Morocco you still have an up hil battle for a K-1, even for a CR-1. 

 

Some will say skip the K-1, marry and do CR-1; but just marrying doesn't guarantee anything. You need to be able to show strong bonafide relationship evidence and over come the age difference and the fact you're from a 'high fraud' country.

 

The face time she has spent there seems good; but I'm sure others will say more is still needed. For me you can try either visa; it's more a personal decision on your part if you want to marry first or not.
