Hi Guys, I have filed I-130 for my wife at October, But USPS returned the receipt, I went and changed my address both in USPS and USCIS.
USCIS sent the receipt and I got it by mail, but when I check my status online, I see the following message:

On November 29, 2017, the Post Office returned your document to us. We will hold your document for 180 days or until May 28, 2018. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you do not submit an online request by May 28, 2018, we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, with fee. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
I called USCIS, agent is saying that my case is pending, and I should ignore the message I see online.
My question is, how long should I wait for a response from USCIS? When should I start worrying if USCIS forgot about my case?
My case is in California Processing Center.
I am a permanent resident.
My wife lives in another country, and I visit her once in 4 months.
