  2. Hello All,

I just saw this post and I wanted to get some advise from you guys.....I have been married once before and my wife then had filed for my AOS,but we got divorced within 6 months because we had lot of our differences,we did not appear for the AOS interview ,so then I just received work auth for 1 year,........3 years later I married again and my wonderful wife applied for my AOS and we were approved,at the interview, the officer asked about my previous marriage and I told him the truth, and no further questions were asked,i recd my 2 year conditional card a week later.....now that we are removing conditions, filing jointly after 2 yrs ( 7.5 months ..still waiting at NSC), do you think the previous marriage issue would be raised again...I just want to be prepared in advance..

    Would appretiate your response-Kishore

  3. Hello All,

has anyone experienced this before.I tried to log in ,which I have been doing for last 6 months to see if my case was 'touched',and now the system will not let me get in.But i did enter my receipt number which gives me info that it is recd and pending.

I tried to open another portfolio, but the system regognizes the old email address, and would not let me open another portfolio...any advise ... ?

  4. Hello,

Please do not worry, give it some more time ,at least 2 weeks, you will get NOA extending card for 1 year.NSC does take some more time than other centers.I have applied at NSC on Nov 28,2006....almost 25 days later i received letter...still waiting..

    Regards-Kishore

We sent our I-751 packet on 5/30 and USPS tracking indicates it arrived at NSC on 6/1. We still haven't heard anything--our check hasn't even cleared the bank. This seems slow compared to other NSC timelines. The question is when should we start to worry about this, and at that point what can/should we do? I assume we call the Customer Service number, but we don't have a receipt number, so will they even be able to do anything to look up our case?

Thanks for any guidance anyone can offer!
