Two months ago we filled the DS-261for the choice of agent and already paid the AOS processing fee, however, it's been already two months and I haven't been able to pay the IV processing fee because it shows $0 in the Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center and I dont know why is it taking so long. I read that they need to process the DS-261 before unlocking the fee but I think it's been too long.
Has anyone of you been in this situation?
