Hello everyone,
I'm about to get married with my boyfriend soon, he is an US citizen and I'm mexican living in Mexico.
Ok I have 2 girls, 12 yrs old and 3 yrs old, my 12 yrs old had my last name, I registered her as single mother, when we went to register my new baby, my boyfriend put his last name on his daughter and on my daughter birth certificade, not an adoption, he just told them to add his name as her father and they added his name.
So when we get married he will send an I-130 for me and another for my daughter, do any of you think it will be a problem if USCIS see her birth certificade with his last name?
Thank you in advance

Yes, I'm sure we need to see a lawyer to fix our mistake then applyfor the visa with her original last name to avoid problems, thank you so much!
