My fiancee is a Canadian citizen - we filed for a K-1 visa and received our first NOA on November 6, 2017. Last month, we received a Request for Evidence, which was received by USCIS on May 24, 2018. The information they requested was a new passport photo. I thought the initial photo was compliant with their standards, but this time I had mine taken by someone who specializes in immigration photos and made sure it met all the standards. It's been almost two weeks since they received the new photo - does anyone know how long a response typically takes?
