Evening! So my wife and I are going through the same thing. We have a loan we are meant to close on next week. It is an FHA loan. I am on a Conditional Permanent Resident Card. We are currently processing on the i-751 (we actually are getting to the end of our year extension its taking so long....) Did other people on here get approved for an FHA loan whilst on a Conditional Permanent Resident Card?

Great! We have a local lender and love our realtor - do you have any advice or documentation how they got the underwriters to write the loan?
Yes - they seem to be taking a long time to process the i-751 form...I think they are only on March of last year....
