I submitted my new nbi (no aka) and cenomar to comply for the 221g letter sent me from embassy and also my explanation letter stating that im not the person name listed in the letter..i sent back my document to usem Jan.3 2019

My status is 

Nov 23 interview

AP- 10days

READY-Dec 7 to Jan 8,2019

AP-TODAY wait  change to ISSUED

And also change from IMMIGRANT TO NON IMMIGRANT

Yes, I already submit my new NBI and cenomar I have to comply  in 221g. and also explanation letter stating that im not the person name listed on the letter that they sent to me.

We dont have an immigration lawyer. I did both call and email them.

Just case updated date today and still READY status. About my nbi im still confuse coz the agent said.i have to do so what's on the letter even the written name is not my name..

Base to the person that im talking to she think that the 221g letter Not mine and mistaken sending under my name and address..she reported this matter to the visa department and consul..

Keep you update guy's once my visa issued..

Yes hank that name on.the paper is not my name and I never used that name in my entire life.during my interview last Nov 23,2018 .my 221g in Hongkong police not yet in their system..I was shocked and confused why the NBI that they need to clear is not my name.just recieved the letter today

I did get my New NBI without AKA and hint to other person.and yes I will call u.s embassy for this matter. But I just wanna know if anyone like my case. Thanks

Anyone who experience like this before.i really confused and don't know what to do.receiving new 221g  and they want my new cenomar my name and case number is in the paper. But im confused because NBI that they like to clear is not my name,,badly needed advice guys

Hello guys 

Im done with my interview last Nov 23,2018 but sadly they give me 221g paper because they said my hongkong police certificate not yet in their system.

Even though I give my hongkong certificate tracking number to prove that my police certificate already here in.Philippines since Nov 16,2018 still consul put me on 221g.

My status 2 weeks AP..then Dec 7 its show to READY for interview until today..please I need to know if anyone experience like this before..is it normal
