Can I travel a month before my visa of residence for the first time to the United States expires?

Lots of misinformation here.  First, there are no "cosponsors" in spouse visa cases.  You MIGHT need a "joint sponsor" if your husband doesn't find a job before the interview.  More than likely, this is not a question that will be asked at the interview.  If they don't ask, don't volunteer information that he lost his job.  If they ask, tell the truth.  If they do ask, and he hasn't found a new job yet, nothing about his past earnings will get you the visa.  If they ask, and he has no job, there will be no visa until he does, or he submits an affidavit of support from a qualified joint sponsor.

If they don't ask, you have NO PROBLEM.

I feel confused now, my husband just lost his job today and we just wait for the interview, I need to know what there is about this. So if he does not get a job before our interview, can he deny the visa? even though he has already sent the financial support documents?

he already sent all the financial support documents before he lost his job, Today he was fired and it is just when we are waiting for our interview so I wanted to know if later in our interview being without work affects?

Do not worry. Since he lost his job after you submitted all the documents it wasn't your husband's fault. Do be honest and let the CO know about it and if possible see if you can gather any co-sponsor in the meantime so you can submit those papers in case the CO asks for it. CO makes the final decision. So don't worry :)

This might fall under unless the CO asks you if your husband is still employed, I wouldn't be in a big hurry to bring it up. But CO might ask if he still works, then of course don't lie, say he lost his job a few weeks ago and is looking for another. And like others have said, see if you can find a cosponser as a backup plan.

I would like to know how long it takes for the NVC to review a birth certificate, and send my birth certificate and they notified me that there was an error, now send it again when they take time to review it and make the appointment if everything is ok? Thanks in advance

    Hola,
