    Finally, the wait is over!

     

    Date of I-751 Mailing: 5/11/2018

    Received by USCIS: 5/14/2018

    NOA1 Date: 6/8/2018

    Bio Appt Date: 5/22/2019 (after being waived in Feb)

    Case Transferred: No

    Interview: No

    Approved: YES 5/23/2019 (1 year, 12 days later)

     

    Our case was one of the "lost" cases where neither the old website, new website or USCIS tracking app was ever updated and we never got any sort of electronic notifications.  Glad that is over with!

     

    Congrats to all that are moving forward and best wishes to those still in the system.

    We filed in California and are getting the same message.  I called the 800 number and was unable to get any further info through their automated system.  I couldn't get a live person on the phone either.

    Hi all,

     

    I am so glad to find this post and all the related I-751 topics.  I had originally thought my husband had to have his new green card in hand before the Conditional one expired so I was in a bit of a panic when I saw the processing times.  I really thought I'd missed the deadline but it sounds like we're not alone in this waiting game.  Thanks to all of you for sharing your experiences.

     

    Can someone add us to the CSC list please?  Thanks much!
