I wonder how long will this take? I am afraid that they my parents may not be able to travel together (they should, both senior citizens over 70 y/o) if there’s no embassy decision on or before 11/26/19, which is my mother’s IR5 visa validity. It was on administrative processing status when it still opened through immigrant visa category on the CEAC site on April 29 when I checked it. Then on April 30 it opened in non-immigrant drop-down and says visa application received and case status was open. Today went back to administrative processing....just getting paranoid I guess 😶🤕😵

Our case status updated twice to Ready. Interview was September 25th. Until now the status doesn't change. 

Did you get a notification or you just check it online?

still waiting. Interview was September 25. CEAC updated to Ready on September 26 and then today it updated to Ready again. I hope it update to issue soon.

Mine is the same thing, my husbands interview was September 25th told he’ll get his visa in 2-4 weeks. It’s been 4 weeks and the status still says Ready. Let’s keep each other updated. Good luck! Hopefully status change to issued soon.

My husband had an interview at the Manila Embassy on the 25th. CO said he’s approved and will receive VISA 2-4 weeks But CEAC website still says Ready until now. It’s been 4 weeks.

May 10th, '18- case was transferred to another office 

all this was in Nebraska until it was transferred , does anybody know why it would  get transferred? Has this happened to anybody else?

Do you have any deportation case in your record or any criminal record that cleared already? I;ve read in one of the threads theirs got transferred and they were thinking this was the reason. But they got an approval at the end. Did you used an attorney?

We  have about the same timeline. My application was received on the 15th and  I received the notification on the 22nd thru email and text. I am waiting for the Biometrics Appointment letter. Hopefully our process is as quick as the others. Quick question, did you use a lawyer?

Thanks for the response and Congratulations!! I'm truly happy for you!  Keep us updated when you receive your appt!  We just on the starting point. I just received my notification email yesterday that my I601a was received and transferred to Nebraska Center for processing. Did you hire a lawyer?

My case is Nebraska too and mine was accepted and recieved on 2/14/18 and I recieved my biometrics paper appt on 2/23/18 and I had my fingerprints appt set for 3/16/18. Now I am just waiting, I believe for the waiver to be approved and then get appt overseas?
