Hello , Can anybody help me, I have a question I asked my dad and my mom and on May 15 they completed my dad's case, and my mom's completed it on June 10, and they gave my dad an appointment and my mom did not give it to her. Given, would you like to know what I can do to get the appointment for the same day? thank you.
