  1. Hi everyone,

Does anyone know what happens in situation when they transfer your case to your local office?

I know we will for sure have an interview. I wonder if anyone was in same situation and how long took them to schedule one after getting notification of transfer or any other example that can help understanding everything more better? Thank you in advance.

The problem is that I don't have some of those.  I don't have 2, I don't have life insurance, and I don't have a power of attorney.  I do have the band and the credit card... as well as an auto-loan, and a common ownership of a car.  Would that be enough?  How many do we need?

Send what you have but as much as financial evidences are important know that other stuff matters too. So send photos of you and your friends and family , photos if you went anywhere for vacation,  plane tickets confirmations , you can send phone records,  literally anything what would normal couple have. I work on the 1099 form so I don't have 401k , health insurance, life insurance... I would like to have it but I don't, that's life ,right?

  3. Hi

I received NOA on June 5th, sent application on April 11th and still no biometric app.

Yesterday I called USCIS in CSC and this is answer:

Because your processing time is very long we are not sending biometrics because when time comes for your case it will be expired so you will need to do again. So we will send later when your case is closer to work on. Of course level of rudeness and ability to twist same words all conversation is so annoying from that officer.

Question: does anyone have same situation with no biometrics still and what he saidI didn't hear before so any advice? (My case is just regular , no issues before this ) Thanks

  4. Hello everyone,

I sent i751 through mail on April 9th( it's been received on April 11th) and I didn't hear on any way from USCIS for almost 2 months.  I called couple times and they just told me that they need up to 60days to process it and they didn't want to say anything else.  I was worried that my package was lost.  My check wasn't cashed out. So after 55 days I'm getting letter and 1 year extension of status and it says that really April 11th was date when they received package. Just wanted to share if someone is in the same situation so not to be worried like I was whole time.
