  1. Hey guys. So, I filed and sent my i751 packet at the end of June. I was going over the documents today and realized that I made a type on my mailing address on the form, two numbers on the house number got mixed up and the address does not exist according to google maps. I tried to contact the USCIS office but they are closed since today is Sunday. I also submitted a USCIS change of address online in hope that this would correct it. I noticed that they cashed my check a while back. Is there anything I can do to correct this and make sure the receipt and everything else gets properly delivered to my house?

    Thanks in advance

  2. I did all my paperwork online at the ceac website. Uploaded all the documents to their site. Never submitted DS2001. DS-260 was uploaded online for me since I am doing a CR-1. I filled out the GSS a few days ago for passport address registration. Just got the interview letter yesterday via email

  3. Hey guys, What medical forms will my wife need when she goes for the medical exam before her visa interview at the embassy in bangkok? Would it be the I-683 and one of the DS forms? I think I read somewhere that the hospital would supply the forms but I've also read that they were given the wrong version of the form? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  4. Hey guys, I was wondering if I can submit the CEAC civil documents without the police certificate for my wife. I have all the other documents needed but I think I read somewhere on the forum that you can submit everything and just bring the police certificates to the interview with you. I've already got the process started for the certificate but still need to wait for it to come in the mail. If I can, do I just leave that section blank and put in the comment box will bring to interview? Thanks in advance.

  5. I am in the process of filling out the I-130 and I saw that on the checklist is a certified copy of our marriage certificate. I currently live in the state of California and based on the research I did, California Notaries may only certify copies of powers of attorney, or copies of the Notary's own journal entries if requested by the Secretary of State or a court. Also, out marriage certificate is in Thai since that is were we registered the marriage. I think I need to get it translated but I am kind of worried about the certified copy of the marriage certificate. Any advice? Thanks in advance

  6. Hey guys. I recently got married to a Thai citizen over in Thailand. We registered the marriage, have a Thai marriage certificate as well as an English translated one, and she took my last name. I want to bring her over to the states so I am starting to fill out all the required paperwork. Now my question is should I use her original name on the forms or her new name with my last name? She already changed her Thai ID card to my last name but her passport still has her unmarried name on it but it expires next year or so and on the marriage certificate has her original name as well.
