AOS from F-1 student visa to GC RFE in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas Posted May 11, 2018 hi all i submitted my AOS packet 11th April and got my bio-metrics date for may 11th and yesterday i got a mail with rfe stating 1. submit all supporting documents of sponsor//petitioner for recent tax year. 2. doesn't meet the requirements for 125% poverty guidelines but we do.. we are household size of 5 myself wife(sponsor) 3 kids sponsor makes 41000+ dollars and the requirement was 36000+ for household size 5 what is the mistake? i don't understand and what should i do further???
