I file for N-400 around 2017/10 and the biometric was done in November in 2017.

On 4/29 I received bunch of emails from uscis about my interview getting scheduled, and the uscis myaccount case history shows the following:

At this moment the uscis my account document page look something like this:

So the three "interview scheduled" notices are identical copies, and the two "interview De-Scheduled" are also identical copies.

I called in and basically just got told the "case status" on 4/29, which is that I have an interview scheduled but the rep do not see any information about the rescheduling notice.

Two likely possibilities here:

1) Each interview scheduled notice is not duplicate, but unique which just happens to be at the same time slot i.e.

Interview 1 scheduled -> Interview 1 cancelled

Interview 2 scheduled -> Interview 2 cancelled

Interview 3 scheduled -> No cancellation, real interview appointment

2) The interviews scheduled and descheduled are duplicate copy, so the final status is the interview is de-scheduled.

What can I do? Is there some other number I can call to get ahold of rep with more information?
