Thanks Debbiedoo, we are trying everything we can to get my fiance to the U.S. I have discussed everything with him even  the interviews.  But, he is thinking once he gets to Dubai and work his way here he will get a Visa to the U.S. I'm sure from Dubai it won't be easy getting here

Boiler, thank you . But the person has passport from Nigeria only and is going to Diba on a work visa and does not have a U.S. passport and wants to come to the U.S. we're trying to get them here from Dubai 

Can a Nigerian go to Dubai and work 3 to 6 months and come to the U.S, without returning back to Nigeria if so, how can one do that.

Actually. ..That's all I been getting by everyone I have a busy life and trying to answer everyone's emails. I appreciate your response though and it's been pure hell trying to marry him because of where he is and yes he don't make any money that's a terrible place his country and it's exhausting handling all of this I wish I had help, like a lot of help. 

I am planning on going to Nigeria to get married and come back to the U.S. and apply for him to come. I do have concerns about my fiance coming to the states. We have never met in person but we met online 3 years ago. Only thing we have proof of our relationship is texting and calling the last 3 years. He tried to come twice already and I got scammed out of $3000.00 Plus he got arrested because someone gave him a false plane ticket to China. Do we still have a chance.  He also tried going through  Canada got denied there too because too many people was going at one time. I was told he better not try anymore before he lose his chances.
