Yes I got my Greencard 2 weeks after my approval with the my husband's name on it instead of mine USCIS , we had to return it havent recieved the new yet you will get approved the lady at the USCIS said that it usually takes FBI 120 days to clear the namecheck then she added sometimes more but with most cases thats the amount of time it takes BUT with guys who knows I'm praying for u.

I think u forgot your husbands W2's and tax returns for 3 years ....also how long after u were touched did u recieve you're EAD approval notice I am sitting here going crazy seems like everyone has an approval but me .

No it didnt state not a thing no touch nothing the last time they touched my I-485 was 6 dec last year ....waiting patiently
