Hi,
My husband's interview was on March 21, 2018. He was given a 221g blue slip with the DS-5535 form the same day of his interview. He was refused due to the DS-5535 form needed to be completed. On april 6, he was given his passport back with no visa printed. Along with the passport another 221g letter was in the envelope saying his case was under administrative processing. It has been 11 months since his interview and I am worried about his case.. How long is he going to wait? He is from Mexico and his interview took place in Ciudad Juarez MeXICO.
