    Few days after applying n400 I got letter states that your case has been transferred to NBC. NBC prepare cases for combo. I didn't request for anything.There a list on website for documents, and also you can upload unlimited documents, anything joint etc.

    I applied n400 in August, and my I-751 is still pending. My office is also San Antonio.

    Now my case has been transferred to a new office but it seems that they completed another biometrics review before transferring it according to the case history. I hope it's a good thing. I will keep y'all updated

    How did you pay the fee for your N400? Using form G-1450?. I'm gonna apply next week for naturalization. My I-751 is still pending, I filed on Aug 13, 2018, that number starts with SRC.

    The supervisor allowed me to sit in and ask questions because of the confusing way we filed everything.  I did ask about where is our physical i751 because we sent it to California but our check was cashed in Texas and they were able to track our filed to the persons desk it was on in Texas.  

     

    I think that answers the question about if we sent our file to California and the check was cashed in another state where is the file.  She told me if it was cashed in Texas that is where its at.  

     

     

    I sent my ROC package to California 8/13 . Check got cashed in Arizona 9/26 and got my receipt number from one of their agent that starts with SRC that doesn't even work when I check status online and SRC is Texas service center code.  California, Arizona & now Texas It's so confusing.

    I called them yesterday they gave me receipt number that shows invalid when I check status, but they also told to wait couple of weeks to get hardcopy of NOA. Receipt number doesn't because they haven't entered receipt number in their system as soon as they register receipt number in their system then you'll able to check your status and another thing they said that they have a lot of backlog that's why it's taking long.

    60 days means, If you don't get your NOA within a month you can call them after 30 days of filing. When you call them first time they'll take your information & tell you to wait another 30 days.

    I called yesterday 09/20/2018 customer care center and she told me to wait to complete 2nd 30 days. because I called them last week on 09/13/2018 right after 30 days of filing at that time she took my information and forwarded email to the department, but this time she told me that email has been forwarded to the department last week. I asked about this delay but they don't say anything.

    Don't stop the check payment & don't refile. just wait there more people in same situation like you. Call USCIS, I called them last week and I'll call them tomorrow.

    I read somewhere alien stays on legal status until his/her I-751 adjudicate. If they're asking you to show your status go get the stamp on your passport from infopass.

    Once you call them after 30 days submission of your form you can't call them for another 30 days. I called them so, now just have to wait for another 30 days to call them again and wait for mail or email, there is no other option to know. I am checking my account everyday and thinking about my package.
