    Hi. I saw a post about needing a good rate to Africa. My hubby is in Gambia, so I use Yahoo Voice. It is better since for $10 I get about an hour AND the ability to see via a picture. The next best thing to actually being there. Tell your husband to go to a internet cafe rather than calling. It's cheaper. I stopped using phone cards unless I'm in a pinch.
