OP is filing the I-90. The window opens 6 months before it expires: https://www.uscis.gov/i-90 " (F) My card will expire within six months or has already expired."

"If you file your form online, the system will guide you through the process of paying your fees with a credit, debit, or pre-paid card. Bank account withdrawals are also available when paying online. Once you are ready to submit your form, the system will automatically direct you to the secure Department of Treasury site, pay.gov, to pay your fees online. We only use pay.gov to process fees. Always check the website address before you pay. Beware of scam websites and scammers who may pretend to be a USCIS website."

Thank you so much,  I'm starting to feel a little better.

Will I be able to track the progress.

Once I've applied and paid, does anyone know what the steps are after that?

  2. Hi,

So my 10 year green card will expire in just under 6 months. I'm working on applying via form I90 online and there was a question about where my entry was granted. I'm not sure if that's Jacksonville or if I supposed to put USCIS, Consulate...

Also, for those who have done this before can I pay online?

    How long does it take?

Do I need to do biometrics again? What should I expect?

Note, I was married 9 years and been divorced for the past 3 years.

Im sure I'm good to go there.

    Thank you

    Sue

  3. I got my Work authorization and my Green card in March 2008.

If I'm correct I would have had to renew my work authorization every year, but considering I have a green card, and I am curently working. Do I need to renew anything before the 2 year thing I have to apply for? I believe it's the the removal on condition and whole test/interview thing that goes with it?

  4. I'm Thinking I'm really ahead of the game...

I applied for AOS, EAD, AP on Dec 27th /07

Today ONLY 2 months later I've received My Employment Authorization card.. and 2 Papers for my advanced Parole.

As well as I got My Permanent Resident Card all in the same day..

Now, I'm also confused, do I even need the EAD card and the AP papers now? does the resident card not do the same thing?

Any is there anything else I should know at this point other then having to file in 2 yrs for the lifting of conditions?

  6. What is my status?

I went through the marriage process and am curently in the waiting process for AOS, EAD and AP (Already had my biometrics taken)

When people as me my status am I a Immigrant (Resident Alien)? Non-Immigrant (Non-Resident Alien or Visitor)?

The reason is because I am trying to get my drivers license, and really don't know how to declare myself.

  7. I currently have A SSN card Under my maiden name. and I was debating getting it changed to my married name.

But What I'm looking for, is once I get my EAD will I have to change it again? so that it sais that I am allowed to work?

Should I wait until I do get my EAD and change them both at once? I have a biometrics apt tomorrow

  8. Ok, I had a medical done in Canada 6 months ago In canada..

So I should not need an other medical exam done, but If I'm reading correctly. I do need the I-693a The Vaccination supplement.

I have All my records with me from the Canadien Ministry of health including the form the doctor filled from the medical I took in Canada

So I went to 1 place and called an other and for some reason they don't want to transcribe my information, without giving me a full medical and Charging me 110$ or 150$

Anyone have any idea about this?

When I when to the interview in Montreal when I got my K1 visa they did take a brown envelope that I got with the medical. (I'm not sure but I think it's just the I-693 and not the vaccination supplement)

  9. 1. G-325a Biographic Information

    2. I-864 Affidavit of Support

    3. I-485 Adjustment of status

    4. I-765 (optional) Employment Authorization

    5. I-131 (optional) AP documents

The I-131 they ask me when I plan to make a trip, But I don't have a set date, do I fil out part 7?

I have completed all these forms And I am ready to send them in.

I understand it needs to be a money order, so all fees on 1 money order? What should be the total fee? Can I E-file?

Why do I need a 2nd I864? He just gave 1 to the embassy to get me my entry visa.

Do I need an original copy of my marriage certificate?
