No I can not travel. As of the denial all my privileges were terminated. In INS computer next to my
A# it states a big T = terminated. When everything is normal an I is stated next to the A#. The very nice lady at INS office told me that. I could choose to go, but when entering back to the US, at the airport the gentleman/lady sitting and letting you in will see that T and CAN choose not to let you in.
I will check with them periodically and see when the T will change to an I.

The "T" and "I" info is very interesting. Anyway, I am not a big fan of travelling with an NOA letter and/or the stamp in the passport. On the other immigration board there is a person who wasn't allowed to board an Air Friance flight with an expired GC, a stamped passport and an NOA letter.
I know it should work and it is completely legal, but I would not be afraid of entering the States. What bothers me is there are a ton of customs/airline employees abroad that don't have a clue and a simple "No" from them jeopardizes so much... I just couldn't do it.
I had my NOA and could've scheduled an Infopass appt, but I would not leave the States without the plastic in my pocket.

I also heard even if you file AR-11, your I-751 doesn't get transferred to another service center. Is that true?
In that case, upon approval, will it be still sent to original mailing address?

From what I know, filing an AR-11 has nothing to do with your pending applications. It is just a form that aliens have to fill out when they move.
If you only file an AR-11, it doesn't automatically change the addresses on all your pedning applications. You actually have to call the customer service # and give them the receipt #s of everything you have pending with the USCIS for them to update your address.
As far as forwarding, I think no commucications from the USCIS are supposed to be forwarded. In my experience, I have received only one letter after I moved and forwarded my mail through the post office, although I know for sure they sent me more.

I am just curious what are the chances of those that are self petitioning in applying for removing of conditions on resideny to 10 years green card (PR)? Due to divorce and/or annulment...
Do you know of estimate statistics or anybody that went through self petitioning on removing of condition and got approved for the 10 years green card?
I might be doing so (self petitioning - waiver),God forbid, if marriage does not work...i wish my husband would cooperate but seems like he is not willing to help me...

Yes, it can be done and has been done. I don't have statistics on how many people succeed, but I went through it myself - just got my "Card production ordered" email a few days ago.
In short, if your marriage was bone fide, you will likely have enough supporting evidence to show it. Stick to the truth and you will be fine.
If you have any specific questions, just ask.

I hear you, Kez, loud and clear. It's so frustrating to see so many people get approved at CSC in 3 months, while at VSC we haven't seen any movement after Gringa's approval.
I'm getting very, very frustrated, I'm one of the super-paranoid ones who won't travel on an expired GC and a NOA. I wish I could go away for the holidays, but the way it's going it's not very likely...
Anyway, I'll trade my Christmas travels for a quick approval. -
I can't figure out why they are requiring my wifes fingerprint again after less than two years. Do they change as we age. I am just pissed that we have to travel 8 hours one way again in the dead of winter to do the same thing we had done two years ago. It took all of ten minutes last time. 16 hours of driving for what; a repeat performance. OK I vented now I feel better.
INS is not allowed to keep fingerprints on file for longer than 6 months. Years ago there was a lawsuit and this is the outcome. Has something to do with privacy and this kinda #######, and it's against the Constitution (or some other major law).
In the past it was very common for people to have to do multiple fingerprints, because they'd expire before the case was adjudicated.
Sorry you have to drive so long, though.

Please, everybody, say a prayer for me, cause my case is not exactly an easy one.
I am getting very anxious and hope it comes through soon.

American Airlines from any place I have departed from in the US have never asked to see my green card. It's not part of my ID that I show when getting checked in. The only time I show my GC is going through US Customs & Immigration checkpoints. Curious that some airlines care about seeing the GC.
From what I understand, the OP is referring to traveling overseas. Not only the Customs and Immigration folks will want to see your GC, but so will airline employees before you check in on a flight to the States.
On the same note, they want to see the GC, even though it's expired, because anybody can produce a letter that says a GC's duration is being extended, but nothing guarantees that the individual was ever issued one.
If they didn't ask to see the physical GC, one wouldn't have to fake the letter, but just need to borrow a real one, right?

While it is strange that you haven't received a NOA yet, if the INS processes your application soon, you will have filed a joint application and that will be in a way fraudulent because of the pending divorce.
IMO, the best thing for you to do right now is talk to a good immigration attorney. My guess would be that you have to file a new application once the divorce is final and explaining why the application is late.
