Hi guys,

I have meet the minimum requirements to be a sponsor,  i have tax transcript for my most recent tax year $26000, and for the 2nd recent year $24000.  I considering that is fine?

But i am now self employed since December 2019,  and i have my online business registered as s corporation, i filed my tax return on zero since i was working 2 weeks in 2019 and had zero income. Since i need to get a proof of current income i don't know what to send to NVC? Should i send statements for the six months that shows my on going income and business licence? And should i send a tax return for business even they are on zero or not?

I read that NVC has a lot of RFE for self employment types. 

I would appreciate if anyone helps with some opinions.

Yes, i go back to USA in June and i start working right away. I'll have more pay stubs from then on.  Will that help?

So i don't have to show taxes for the company at all?

Hello everyone, please some help, here is my situation.

I  have S Corporation(online business) which I opened Dec 10, 2019 and I did tax return on zero because I just started to work. I don’t know if I need to show this in the i864 that I’m self employed and send tax transcript for corporation even it is on zero?

Also I’m now outside of usa, visiting my spouse, and I’m employed but on unpaid vacation. Should I have any problems with that because I have 3 pay stubs only for January, not from the last month?

In conclusion, I am considering showing that I am employed and self employed? Some opinion would be helpful.

though you do know that out of millions of submission, only 50,000 will be selected, and that is a very slim percentage.

 

how long for you to get I130 for? what is your priority date?

Yes, i know about slim percentage but i want to avoid any delays or question "why" because our case is very clear.

our priority date is September 21, 2018, we recevied notice after 4 days we sent application.

and we hope it will last two years for the whole process, since the current priority date is August 22, 2016.

I need help with question 12.a. about my physical address.

 i don't know what to do because my mailing address is the same as physical address but I have one more address to write to complete five years.

Sholud I write another address on that question 12.a.-13.b., or just leave blank or type N/A and write it in question 14.a.-15.b.?

And one more qustion, is it a place of admission place where i landed in USA or not?

Please for advice, it would mean to me.

I will send documents for i130 form to my husband in usa, and i understand that i should send copy of marriage certificate,contracts and so, but should i send original certified translation with original sign and stamp or should make copy of  it also?

Some experience would be nice to hear.

in my opinion, if your case is not complicated, there is no need to hire a lawyer. But ofc that's all up to you.

 

Video is not allowed as evidence. You can print out the photos you guys take together, stick them on a A4 paper and add captions next to them. And maybe chat history?

I am a lawful permanent resident and want to fill i130 form for my spouse.

We need help with filing i130 form, what means filing i130 form? Just that form or filing and i130A form?

Is it better to fill by yourself or with the help of a lawyer, have there any difference or advantages?

Also we do not understand the part of the evidence, how do we sent proof (i mean photos, videos, correspondence) 

and what if we do not have any common property and accounts ( but we have evidence of sending money each other and living on the same address)?

I got a green card in the lottery 2017, and I want to bring my girlfriend with me in USA. We are planning to ger married this year at june. I have some questions:

1)      Does this procedure last 2 years or more after we apply for i130 form? We heard a lot of stories that last for 5 years or can last forever?

2)      Can I be a sponsor to my wife since I’m in America for 7 months and in my home country 5? I earn 4000$ monthly. Is that enough to be a sponsor? Can anyone else be a sponsor if I can not?

Please help me! If someone has gone through this.
