  1. Hi.

I am a Swedish man married to an American woman. First marriage for both of us.

I am in the process of applying for a green card through the i-130 and i-485 concurrent filing process.

I am currently an E2 visa holder but has quit my job so not entirely sure if my former boss 'canceled' my status or not..

Could that be a problem? My i-94 and everything is correct since last time i entered the country.

I was hoping one of you lovely souls out there have been through the same  process and has an example of the cover letter(s?) to share with me?

(you can PM if you want) Thank you!

Do I have one cover letter for i-130 and one cover letter for i-485? Are all the materials in each application (i-130 And i-485) supposed to be separated?

Or is it One cover letter for the whole concurrent application with both i-130 and i-485?

And all forms and other information stacked right underneath?

And as far as I have understood it we don't need to fill out form G-325 - "Biographic information" any longer, correct?

And form i-864 "Affidavit of support under section 213A of the INA", is the only one needed in this case right? I have seen i864-A too but I do not think I need that one?

I am happy for any response I will get here, thank you in advance and I wish you all a lovely spring in this beautiful country.

    Sincerely

    W A
