Hello Guys,
Need some advice here pls,
I have filed I-751 ( jointly ) and now getting a divorce because i found that my wife is cheating on me and i have proofs (pictures & Text Messages).
We have filed for divorce and should be completed in next 30 days.
I have consulted a Attorney and he said i can refile the case on the basis of good faith marriage and then wait for what USCIS will do.
To prove good faith i have 1. Joint Car Titles, Utility Bills, Joint Credit Card, Health insurance(medical, dental Vision), Joint Bank account and 2018 Joint Taxes.
My question is " Should i add the pictures and text messages when re-filing the case?" or just use the proofs what i have for good faith marriage and file then wait for USCIS to decide.
Any help or advice is highly appreciated.
I am going through the same issue here. I would hold on to the text and pictures in case you need them. You will need to prove you came into this marriage in good faith which it seems you have enough proof. They want to see that who ever is becoming a citizens is ethical. Prove of your cheating spouse is enough to get Divorce. If they ask for more proof then you submit the text and pictures.

FWIW, when we went to go get an I-551 stamp last week we were told that everyone is going to have to do an interview now (and that this was a new policy as of mid-May). I saw someone else post recently that he/she was told the same thing, that interviews will now happen for everyone filing after May 2017. Who knows if this is accurate or not, though.
I filled in May 2017, received at local office March 2018 haven't heard anything since. CSC

I don’t think that is sound advice. You should be able to leave and return easily. Especially if the lawyer would receive any correspondence! The field office generally doesn’t give the stamp until it’s about 1 month from when your extension date is due to expire. If you filed in August 2017, then you will get approved in August 2018 if VSC or in November/December 2018 if CSC. You are almost there. Don’t worry.
My thing now is I'm getting a divorce and if nothing comes in the next month I will have to do a waiver and start again and this may take up to two more years.......,😭

On August 11, 2017 case received at CSC
Sometime in September I had my biometrics
On March 4, 2018 case was received at local office
No updates since. I'm guessing that I'll need to get an I-551 stamp. My passport is expired. Would I need to renew my passport before getting the stamp?
I have the same date and haven't received anything or heard anything! I went and I got a new passport. My lawyer recommended not to leave the country just yet or try to get a stamp first in San Antonio. waiting on approval.

Filed in August 2017, final review before 10 yr green card is pending. I received notice on March 2018 that was under review if they need more information they will ask for it.

Has anyone from January or February 2018 has received their permanent green card, did you have to go to an interview? how long after it arrived at the local office did you receive your green card.?
On March 4, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC17xxxxxxxx, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Does anyone have the same date and any updates? and How long did it take you any date to receive the interview notice and did anyone just get the Green Card in the mail?

I would recommend you wait for the green card to leave the country.
