    Good morning,

I am also an April 2018 filer, and I already had 12 months extension letter and biometrics done. However, USPS sent me an email with a letter from UsCIS which is scared me with 2 pages. I wonder if it is the same thing as yours. I am not home yet to check it and my heart is boom boom now.

Haha I know. Yesterday I was at work when I received notification from Usps . Thought it was additional documents requests or something else. Turned out to be 18 months extension letter.

  2. Hey guys, my biometrics was on June 19th and today received an update email from uscis. When I logged in it showed this msg “

We reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case

You do not need to do anything at this time

We will let you know if we need anything else from you as we continue to review your case.”

create an account those who have received NOA . It will be easier to track your application.

Yes I'm done. Usually it is ok to go earlier in the morning or before that date if the service center isn't busy. You can look up in google "biometrics early walk in [type location that you are going to], and often you can see if other people attempted it at your location and if they were successful. Some busy centers do ask you to come back at your scheduled date and time. You can always call the biometrics location too, to confirm if you can come early. Good luck!

    Thanks

Guys, I really need some help here. I went to DMV to get a new license since this one expires with my greencard at the end of the month. Presented my I-797 one year extension letter and they seemd to have no issues. However, they said they needed approval through the SAVE system. They scanned my documents and I waited for over an hour for them to say they heard back. Once they did, the lady said that the email she received from the system was that I will be notified within 10 days whether or not my extension was approved. She said there is nothing the DMV can do, I have to wait for the letter, I guess it's from UCSIS. I got home and called USCIC. The lady on the phone kept saying there is nothing she can do and I need to make an infopass appointment so that the local office can update my info in the system so that the DMV can see it. So I went to do that - no appointments available in my local USCIS office at all. I'm at a loss what to do next. I also asked the USCIC representative if she can give me a case number other than the one on the letter to view my updates online - she said there is no such thing as another case number, it's a system glitch and eventually it will correct itself so I can view updates online. However, I know that many get a second case number on their biometrics notice but for some reason, my biometrics notice has the same number as my I-797 and the system keeps saying there is no info available with that number. This is seriously upsetting, I cannot be without a license as I have to work. Plus I'm 8 months pregnant and could go into labor soon, I need to be able to drive legally! Not to mention that I need a valid state issued ID at the hospital, etc. They need to get their sh** together ASAP, this is ridiculous. But in the meantime, any advice on what I can do?? Thanks in advance!!!

Ok calm down. Wait till next week. And they will call u and say that your documents are verified. It happened with me too and they usually say 10 days but you should get a call from them with in 2-3 days. So next week probably you will get your license.
