Hello everyone. I hope somebody who has the same situation like me or is familiar about my situation can give me insights.
My problem is my husband is not the biological father and he listed on my sons birthcertificate as a father 'coz u know Philippines law , were married before i give birth to my son ..  and now we can't start to file the petition 'coz we don't know what to do .. 'coz i know the consul will ask crba but we can't do that ... is there anyone same situations like mine .. im hoping someone can help me .. thank you God bless...
