For Mexican beneficiaries: our lawyer told us on Wednesday that a July CC for a CR1 should expect to receive notice of a scheduled interview in December orJanuary. The actual onsite interview will take place in February or March. That is a 7 to 8 month wait for an interview. If the embassy slows even more over the next 4 months, this wait time will be increased. Unless you expedite your case, which can be done for a variety of reasons, time from CC to interview will be 8 to 9 months. I am so sad for all of the families who will be forced to withstand separation and hardship because of this current adminstration.

My cc date is 6/4 this is not ok!! So im looking at next year appointment really!!! 😭😭💔

However why haven't I received any email confirming this. And is it suppose to say this AT NVC? Or case completed? Also how soon am I looking at to get a possible interview?

  3. Thank you FCL! I acutally have been contacting them very helpful people. I will definitely consider recommending my husband for his medical examine here. Very helpful and polite people I actually called all 3 clinics listed and they were the kindness and most helpful. Thanks for the info!!  Although has anyone received vaccines in Mexico and been accepted?

  4. Hello,  everyone does anyone know what are acceptable vaccine records. I currently have school records of my husband that contain vaccines he has previously obtained prior to entering school. Are this acceptable? And for example I know for a fact He needs a influenza shot, could He receive a vaccine in his country now and take proof of it to His medical examination in Juarez? Thank you in advance!!:)

  5. Thank you every body for you alls response!! He however did abide by the terms due to him being under custody and being escorted by officials on both voluntary departures. His first entering was brought in into the US as a child and due to his criminal offenses previously mentioned he was turn in to immigration for immigration procedures. After departing US in 2010 on a voluntary departure he decided to try to come illegally to the US at that point he was apprehended before entering the US by border patrol he remain in custody for about 2 months or so and given a second voluntary departure and assess by the judge to start a immigration process soon after his departure. And yes both enterings were without inspection. So do you all think this plus his criminal record have a bad affect on his decision in his interview? What are his chances of getting approved?

  6. Thank you Hypnos for your rapid response however is there a possibility I can may know before the interview. this is what the voluntary departure and verification of departure paper states in bold captions.
