That's probably because ONLY YOU will now if it should be yes or no. You can't just looked at a sample form and write what the sample form says. What's the question you're stuck on?

Thanks for your reply, is now clear to me that i am the one who should know if answers to questions should either be YES or NO. Another question is do i have to show an evidence of how i met my wife on dating site before we met in person?. Also what are the actual required documents i need to submit and that which my wife should submit to make sure it meet the NVC standardized of their required document to make sure they will complete and accept my case?

Thanks for your reply. I have the sample of the form, but they said answer NO and yes to the same question which is confusing. That was the reason i want to see if i can get the already filled form of D-260. I will appreciate if you can be of help.

After given the case number and the invoice numbers, I tried logging in  few hours later, but could not. It appears that since the information was newly generated, is not active yet. We just have to wait for about a week. Is better to keep trying it on a daily bases since time is of essence on this stage.

I just got my case and invoice number today. I want to be prepared by knowing all required documents my wife need to provide and mine as well. Also which type of affidavit of support she should file. I wil be pleased to have every step and requirements i need to get ahead of the process. Any useful information will be appreciated.
