I joined in the visa group and i read some applicant they posted they got approved "NOA2" they are Feb filer from Philippines

Heres my timeline⬇️

P-SENT ↔️ JULY 03 2017
NOA1    ↔️ JULY 07 2017
NOA2    ↔️ FEB 12 2018
MCN     ↔️ FEB 28 2018

MEDICAL    ↔️ MARCH 19 - 20 2018
INTERVIEW ↔️ MARCH 22 2018 (221G)
                           "Proof of ongoing romantic relationship since 2007"

MARCH 22 - MAY 06 2018 ↔️ AP

MAY 07 2018 ↔️ VISA ISSUED
MAY 12 2018 ↔️ VOH 

Went for interview on 3/22/18 consul gave me 221g and ask for more proof of romantic relationship from 2007-2018,video chats,gift etc.
So the next day sent few more documents such as  video chat and my fiance sent them a letter statement that some of the earlier chats and communication does not exist anymore and this is all we can provide.

So the case sat under administrative processing for several weeks and i sent sever more email checking for status then after 3 week on april 11 consul called and now he is asking for samething again "more proof of ongoing romantic relationship from 2007-2018"
Well we have provided everything we have and ont have any more infomration or proof,so my question is does this sound like they plan on denying case already since they keep asking for samething and we have told them we already supplied everything we have.

So what should we do,since we dont want to have a case sitting in administrative processing,when they consul handling the case already knows he has no plan on approving case and just want to make it seem like he is really reviewing with obvious nothing every happens except asking same generic question.

I brought lots of photos together and screenshot from viber except video call screenshot. Thats what consul he asked me video call screenshot.

just state 11 yrs relationship 2 visit very short because of work. If they never going to approve how will u know,do they evetually move out of adminstrator processing then to denied?

Yes they keep my passport.

Today at manila embasy for K1 Visa interview the consul give 221g and ask for more proof of relationship,ask for romantic emails,video chats and gift like flowers.
Is this normal? Right now visa in administratives process but the next day i did some chats with fiancee and few emails and send to consul using 2go service,does anyone know how long of a delay before my case get updated and visa issue?

How long it takes 221g? After my friend interview last march 22 2018 she sent right away the documents what consul asked ask to her.
