Folks. Get in touch with NvC and find out as to when the approved petition was received by nvc. If you know the date then you may track it on the following url. They update this date every Monday. It is very accurate.

anybody with pd February 2017 but hasn't recieved an interview date yet..? I got my cc on the 8th of Jan since then I've been waiting and haven't gotten any news about my interview date please does any has idea or estimated time as to when I'll hear about my interview date??
Your IL depends totally on the embassy. Since your case completed on January and Pd became current in April 2019 bulletin, you should have received your interview letter sometime in the past few weeks. I suggest you try calling NVC and ask if they have any info with regard to this matter.

How much more time it will take for the welcome letter to come??
Category F2a
Pd 20th March 2017
Case Approved 15 January 2019
Country Pakistan
It takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks after NvC receives your case. Call NVc to make sure they received your case.

Guys need some information.
My spouse will most likely be traveling to the UK for work purposes and as a result she might be having her post i130 processes in UK.
1) How does NVC assign the embassy to which the immigrant visa takes place?
2) will we be able to choose UK embassy as the interview location during the NVC process?

Any f2a jan2017 filers got welcome letter ???
uscis farward cases to nvc is slow processing...???
NVC takes a lot of time unnecessarily. Don’t hesitate to call them up. They usually tell you what date you can expect an update. Call them back on the date and get things moving. A friend of mine called them twice a week till each step was released.

Thanks for updating us and congratulations. Have you paid the fees yet? I believe they take about a week to accept your fee payments and stuff.

No update..I see some have updated timeline as PD : 10th march 2017 received approval on 15th Oct '18.. since our pd is 20th march'17 we can expect anytime now.. Waiting
I’m not sure if you’ve tried it yet but a few have mentioned that the online portal(the one where you sign up to the account and get slightly more detailed information gets updated much much earlier than the portal or the actual letter that arrives. Maybe you could check it out.
The visajourney blog predicts that you should have it by now so maybe call hem up too.

Congratulations to all those who got approval. Please keep us updated. Thank you.

Hi,
AOS is only possible if your spouse is currently in the USA. Once filed, they cannot travel outside USA unless they have advanced parole (which you would file for along with AOS) It sounds like you are wanting her to fly back and forth; not saying thats not possible but she would have to wait until she has AP in hand along with EAD. Even with the AP, CBP can deny her entry into the country if they want to so I'd be very careful if you choose to do that and only let her fly home for emergencies or necessity. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the reply. We’ve decided to go ahead with consular processing

Hey guys any updates for any of you’ll?

Hi guys.
My spouse has a B1/B2 visa and is currently not in USA. We have applied for an i130 under F2A with PD 06/23/2017.
Do you think we could do an AOS and file an EAD? She could reside fly into the USA when needed.
What do you guys think?

Hello all.
My PD is 06/23/2017 and I’m CSC as well.
My online case status says that name was updated on March 1st 2018. Anybody have any clue what that means?

I understand your frustration.
My observation was based on my personal experience and many more others that I have seen on Facebook groups.
