If it wasn't for Visa Journey I wouldn't have bothered to check the extension letter number, had just been following the CR89 number!!

I really think USCIS do not issue RFE based on length of period that file has been staying at their desk. If you have provided sufficient evidence (I provided I think like 12 lbs, we had 3 joint bank/creditcard accounts, so 3 years and each month statement is like 12 pages, so total of roughly 432 pages, all electricity bills, internet bills for 3 years, pics, power of attorney, leases etc. I had to use two 8 inch acco Fastners just to hold the document) I think you will be fine unless there is some red flags. 

 

In my case, I had stoke interview for I-485 and took long time to get approved, so I just sent them everything I could for I-751. 

Thanks! I thought her reasoning was weird too. I did not have much materials as you did, but I did have house, bank account, credit car statements, cell phone, utilities, tax returns, photos, letters, insurance. etc. 

I mean they could ask for more updated documents, but I just think the length of the submission should not be an determinator of RFE, otherwise they’d just be dropping the stone on their own feet...given how delayed they are right now for processing. 

Nonetheless, her comment stresses me out as I have no idea what more to submit if I do get RFE.

Do we have an idea of how many people will get asked for RFE? Talked with my attorney earlier and she said since it has been so long, they are asking almost every one to submit RFE, the chance I get asked is like 95%.

but from looking here, it does not seem so... any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
