So, my father was refused of a us visa because he was convicted of crime involving moral torpitude. Can we still apply for a waiver? We are very confused, we need help.

Our case was last updated April 6, 2018 from Administrative Processing to Refused. Is this the end of the battle? We're so disappointed about this as the whole visa application have been so exhausting, as we all experienced. However, could it be updated as refused because of our expired medical exam? We haven't received an instruction from the embassy to re do our medical examination. Please we really need some input.

omg. what do you mean by a qualifying relative? i'm sorry i'm not knowledgeable about the process of waiver.
