US Citizen filing for his Sister in Nigeria and her unmarried kids, normally they where age 15 when the petition was filed in September 14 2004, which was approved in August 24 2010, I have checked the visa bulletin to know her current date but I didn’t really understand how it’s done, can someone please help me check and tell me her current date? Is it possible to know through the visa bulletin?? Thank you

I would like to inquire about the CSPA age calculation, I want to know if you have an idea on how it works concerning eligibility of Derivative Beneficiaries (family based) I.e Brother of US Citizen filing for his Sister in Nigeria and her unmarried kids, normally they where age 15 when the petition was filed in September 14 2004, which was approved in August 24 2010, I will be 29 by April 3, and her interview is on the 23 of this month,  my mum got a letter from the embassy my name wasn’t included, I would like to know if I am eligible and can I still accompany her to the embassy? Someone please talk to me this got me thinking so much
