I have finally received my waiver! Here is my timeline (No Lawyer):

January 25th - NOS Received at DOS

March 12th - DOS Sends Favorable Recommendation

March 19th - USCIS Receives DOS Recommendation

March 27th - Received Form I-797c (Notice of Action from USCIS)

April 28th - Received I-797 Notice of Approval dated 4/24/18.

P.S: Approval still not updated on USCIS Website.

Average Turnaround at USCIS for I-612 based on NO OBJECTION is approximately 2-6 weeks.

Word of advice, anticipate all the wait times and be as patient as you can, if you have done everything you needed to, it will come!

What date was your case received at USCIS. Does it show approved on the Website?

Can anyone else share their USCIS approval timeline? And if you used a lawyer or not. And if the case shows approved on the USCIS Website?

Would you mind sharing with me what Lawyer firm you used to see if the can help me expedite my process at all. I really need to figure out a time frame, I can't just be waiting day by day.

Wow, that was fast. My Case Number was ending in 1052. Online says my case was received on the 21st and it still hasn't been approved. Did you apply with a Lawyer or something?

Is your case update on the USCIS website. Did your case number start with EAC. Are you sure you didn't receive the I-797c first. It seems like a really fast approval. Can you share more information please.

Hey guys, 

I have received Favorable Recommendation, Sent March 12th per DOS Website. I have yet to receive I-797c Notice from USCIS. I am worried because I forgot to put 2 Self-Addressed envelopes with my application, do you think this can delay the process? Have any of you received correspondence back with the same envelopes you sent in with your packet?
