  1. I’m about to send off AOS package for both wife and 14 yrs old son that entered on K1 and K2 visas. There are just a few things that are not clear to me and probably you guys can help so I can send off asap. 1. Since I’m filing concurrently, should it only be $1,440 for form and biometrics fee? Or should I add $260 check for form I-765 EAD? I’m not filing any Advanced Parole form. 2. Should the I-485, fee and evidence for K-2 child be in the same package or they can all be submitted in the different package? Thank you guys
  2. Thank you guys for your responses. Yes she did get a sealed package which was handed over the CBP when she entered the U.S. We have also since emailed the medical facility where the exam was done, if they respond with the DS-3025 I will send it, if not I will just add it to the cover letter as @Edward and Jaycel suggested above.
  3. Hey Guys, you probably get this question a lot because it seems unclear to me. My wife entered the U.S. on a K1 and K2 for her son. About to file AOS but it’s saying I don’t need to file I-693 medical form but instead I could send in a DS-3025 vaccination worksheet, however my wife says she and our son never got that when they did the medical in Jamaica. should I just send in the application without medical or vaccination worksheet? please advise the best way forward.
  4. They only took both 134 forms from the beneficiaries and 2024 tax transcript but nothing else
  5. My fiancé and my step son went in for their interview yesterday, they asked her about 10 questions and gave her a pamphlet about her rights as an American. Didn’t give her a verbal approval, however when I track ceac it says approved. Once it is updated to issued I will update our timeline.
  6. Yes I do qualify with income presently, but last tax transcript put me under by $1000, so just wanted case to be strong. I went back to the bank and the manager told me to get that I would have to go somewhere else, so I will just submit what I got and don’t worry about it.
  7. Here is the screenshot, and I will post the link for the article as well. Boundless article
  8. My fiancé has her interview in 10 days. I already filled the 134 form, print, signed and scanned to email to her, however I just read an article that says the statement letters from the bank must have total deposits for 12 months and signed by the officer. The statement letters I got from my 3 banks, only have the date the account was opened, current balance and no signature from the officer. Does anyone know if the embassy will accept these statements or do I need to go back and get new ones with the signature and 12 months deposits?
  9. Got an email from TrackMyVisa yesterday that our case was approved. Thanks guys! Patiently waiting on NOA2 in the mail.
  10. I contacted the deeds office and my copies are definitely certified copies, I typed up the cover letter, added the original RFE letter on top with the certificate. Fingers crossed we will get approved once received. Thank you guys for the help!
  11. They were sent to the funeral home and then given to me, but I will go to the register of deeds office in the morning and verify it’s a certified copy before mailing it off.
  12. Death occurred in US, and I sent one of the copies that I received from the state after she was buried.
  13. I filed the 129f for my fiancé In September of 2024. Today I got an RFE in the mail requesting proof that my previous marriage has end. My last marriage ended in death, unfortunately, and I already sent in the death certificate with my petition. Does anyone know why they are requesting this even though I sent that in already. Any suggestions on how to reply, should I just reply and send in another death certificate?
