Yes it was a expedite but after my husbands interview they asked for i212 so it’s currently in process right now. I expedited it again so hopefully next week I hear back 

Yes he’s been out for 10 years 

Yes that first i212 waiver was for 9c now the next one they want is for the 20 year ban 

He’s had two 

So in order to waive the 20 year ban he needs that i212 which we did not know until the second interview

Hello everyone my husband is in Venezuela and I’m petitioning for him and he had his second interview in feb but was in administrative processing. He then was called for another follow up and was told he needs another i212 application to continue the consular process. He already has the i601 and i212 application approved but they saying that he has another deportation adminisibility and needs to submit another i212 to waive that. My question is since his previous waivers were already approved will this i212 we are submitting now be expedited as well and if anyone has been through this can you please advise me ,thanks
