i received my 2 year conditional GC in june, and we moved to a new home sept. 8. we don't own the home yet, but we'll be closing this friday, sept. 21.

is it really required for you to change your address within 10 days of moving even tho i have no pending application from the USCIS at the moment? and where it says, I am in the U.S. as a ... should i write Permanent resident, or Other and specify as : Conditional Resident?

my husband's trying to add me to the house title/deed, how do we go about doing it tru quit claim deed? can someone help us with the necessary steps to take? what to do, who to call, where to get forms, where to submit? do we need a lawyer to do this or we can do it alone? should we call mortgage company? can we just go to the courthouse and do this? please help we are so confuse as what to do. thanks - minimee

my husband and i are trying to add my name on documents to prove common residence. we did joint checking and savings bank accounts, Credit Cards , Life Insurance policy, utility bills..most of them we just did over the phone.. but we haven't done this part yet - Home Contract; Property deed; mortgage -- can someone explain what to do please.. how can my husband add me to the contract, deed, or mortgage? thanks- minimee

hello phil-am community, i need inputs i'm a bit worried, please help me with this:

1) did anyone pass the interview with a blurry BC? i ordered online so i can have a more clear BC but ecensus emailed me that i got a blurry BC, they need more days to re-verify it manually so i might not have my BC on time from them, but i got a BC in NSO paper but yes kinda blurry.

2) on I-134,Affidavit of support,question#11 we followed sample online to put n/a k1 visa for permanent resident, and it's been notarized, i read on other forum that the correct answer is to check intend and add "All expenses and support as needed." how can we correct it? i'm so worried.. can we just make new one here in the philippines and notarized where? or can we just use wipe out to make corrections? please help! my fiance is on the plane right now going with me on our interview - mini
