Hey All, 

I am an OCT-2016 filer. USCIS sent me a notification that my new card was mailed to me today. I received the recall letter on May 17th. I mailed the card with the error back to USCIS the same day. Finally, getting it back. So, I just thought I should share with you.

Nope. Nothing yet. I am figuring about two(2) more weeks to get any reply from CSC. 

Hi all, 

Received my RFE yesterday from CSC. USCIS is asking for more information pertaining to a establish marriage in good faith. According to them, my initial submittal had some bona fide material but not enough. 

Documents I am sending with the RFE:

Personal Statement
Copy of my Driver’s License
Copy of Marriage License
Copy of Divorce Decree
Joint Tax Return Transcript 
Apartment Rental Lease Agreement 
Google Chat Conversation Spanning length of relationship
Copy of American Airline Ticket Booking
Family Pictures
Email Communications between my mother, ex-wife and myself.

I had already started preparing this before the RFE arrived in the mail. This is all the documentation I could gather. I will be mailing this out today.  

Actually, I did have a couple affidavits from some friends and family.

-Facebook Screenshots of pics showing dates and comments

- Rental Insurance showing both our names

- Copy of lease in both our names

- Medical Insurance Card

- Life insurance showing her as a beneficiary

- 401K Statement showing her as the beneficiary

- Bank Statements showing transfers to me or to her

- Emails

- Cable bills

- Loan documents 

- Travel Pictures 

When I filed initially, I did not have the divorce decree. It came two months after I filled. I mailed that in immediately I got it with a copy of my NOA. Notice I did not have a personal statement. I will send a statement this time around with more paperwork.

Never posted on this site before, but I am a longtime watcher of this thread. NOA Oct 3rd, CSC filer. I am a divorce Waiver Filer. I got an RFE notification last night. This came just days after receiving the transfer notification that everyone thinks is a glitch. Just wanted to provide a glimmer of hope for the OCT -2016 fliers out there.
