My wife was pregnant so I sent a doctor letter to NVC and got expedited. 

I got mine after 8 weeks. Received by NVC on 01/22/18 and got case no on 03/21/18.

How many days NVC takes to look at the submitted docs via Pivot case, CEAC. I submitted on March 23 not seen yet. Status Shows Submitted.

In Pivot Online CEAC.state.gov if you submit DS-260 form. Is there any way to make changes before the interview. I called NVC they say only interviewing consular officer can make the changes if you spell you name wrong in the form. At interview you request him to change and he will change but you can not change in now because the DS-260 is submitted.

Now 8 weeks time frame by NVC from the day before yesterday. 

Not yet receive the NVC case no from Jan 22, 2018

I still not ..... Waiting 

Is there any ombudsman for NVC?

I called NVC few days before they say there is backlog and their computer system having problem thats why we couldn't enter your case into the system and I was told by them that you are not the only one.

NVC revived my case on January 22nd, 2018 and not in their system yet.

Any thoughts what should I need to do besides contacting the supervisor, e-mails and call, because I used all those methods.   

Anybody whose case approved in January, 2018 or  February, 2018 and have the NVC Case#

NVC Close Now Called Today but Closed. One more day without Case#

Every time get the same e-mail contact us after 4 to 5 week. Supervisor and representative say they don't know how long it will take to get the case#.

Anybody who should we contact higher than the NVC .

Please update any one got the NVC case# after i-130 approval in 2018

Until you don't have case# you can not log into CEAC site. 

how long it will take you to get NVC case# after USCIS approval.

They received my case on January 22nd, 2018 and not yet in the system.

It is more than 2 months NVC did not assign the case#
