    Hi

    My visa category is T5 (Investor Visa EB5) and my case was expedited at NVC and forwarded to New Delhi consulate on 27 Nov. 2018, since then I'm trying to schedule interview date but bad luck.

     

    Even after 5 months CGI web site shows "There are currently no appointments available. Please press the Back button and choose a new OFC appointment Date"

     

    I have email several times but every time reply is same "Due to busy season......."

     

    Please let me know currently how many days is waiting time for interview at New Delhi or do I need to take any further action
