When completing AOS and submitting I-485 AOS, I-131 Travel Document and I-765 EAD do I need to submit 6 passport photos since each form calls for 2? Or will 2 photos for all 3 documents be sufficient?

Looks like earliest medical appointments are late October.

Where are you finding the availability for medical appointments? Are you calling the physician’s office?
