Update:
RFE for both I485 and my I130 email states 08/31 as request date, would this affect the EAD even when approved and sent to production a week ago?
thanks

30 days from adjudication for EAD and nothing yet, and I just noticed that they are now taking longer.
On a nice note my wife received notice that her case I485 is moving to interview status and that she will be receiving an interview letter some time soon. This was after we submitted the RFE2 evidence request for her case.
While I have not received nothing and my I485 still reflecting the date of the first letter they sent.
We both have the same priority date.

Hello,
just an update.
Wife received email from UCIS for Request for Initial Evidence on 05/29 on her 485 and we are waiting for the letter, I did not add the RFE to timeline as the timeline and dates differ slightly from mine and I see no way to add hers to mine.
nothing so far for me.
Thanks

hello everyone:
Well we are 5 days away from the 90 day mark for the EAD and nothing yet.
will see how much longer it takes than 90 days, per the timeline adjudication should be middle of July to first week of August for the EAD.
I-130 and 485 who knows
thanks and have fun

The notice has the service center address printed at the bottom.
Another easy way is to look at the first three characters of the receipt number. LIN = Nebraska, SRC = Texas, YSC = Potomac, MSC = National Benefits Center
then its the National benefits center because both our cases have MSC on them.

Good to know. Which service center has it been assigned to?
to my knowledge it should be going to the Nebraska one, but I did not see anything about it on the NOA letters.
How can I tell where it went ?

Well we just received our NOAs today with a received date of 02/28. I guess they didn't really sent this docs over when they claimed or it took forever to get there.
I have cancelled the second opinion lawyer appointment and will continue on with this saga as is, since now it all depends on UCIS.
thanks for the help !

You got the right word - baloney !
I would also connect with USCIS and raise a service request. Do you have proof of mailing or delivery ?
I wish.
I already asked for the tracking numbers a couple of times I have not received them so ill head over tomorrow to their office to request them in person.

Standard time to receive receipt notice (NOA) is within 10 business days. You/your lawyer should have received it long ago.
A good way to check whether USCIS received it is to verify whether the payment was processed thro the check ir credit card. I am assuming the lawyer sent the payment. You should insist that they verify it immediately.
Well I contacted the law firm, they stated that the package was received at the lockbox per USPS but the check was never cashed and that since they submitted the whole package I-485/I-130 that takes longer than just sending the I-130, tbh I think that claim sounds to me like baloney.
To add pain to this issue the assistant told me: be happy they have not rejected the package.
I have contacted a second lawyer for a second opinion, will see from that point on what happens.

Son applied for parents (us) January 10th 2018 per lawyer, submitted to Chicago lock box and we are now mid march and no NOA at all.
lawyer assistant keeps telling us that it takes longer to get NOA now.

Update
Sent requested docs as requested on RFEs including med exam as it was on one of the RFEs requested.
I485 and I130 approved and GC has been mailed no interview. I should receive GC by Tuesday next week.
My wife was sent to interview and we are just waiting for interview notice, it seems can take up to 26 months.
have great day!
